About Our Business

CMC Professional Services, LLC (CMC) is an established enterprise engaged in providing a
variety of professional services to businesses in the United States. CMC is a Professional Employer
Organization, (PEO), that enables clients to cost effectively outsource Human Resources, Payroll
Tax Solutions, Business Administration, Computer Graphics, Marketing, Computer Training and
Consultation.  Recently, we have expanded our services to include Legal Operations of a business
or organization, business workshops, and training. CMC clients focus on their core competencies to
maintain and grow their bottom line. We have a client base of over 900 clients that we render
services to along the Gulf Coast yearly.  CMC has worked with several organizations throughout
Mississippi such as, Jackson County Civic Action, Moss Point School District, Believers Youth
Ministry, Inc., MS Employment Security Commission, MS Housing Initiative, and Jackson County
Board of Supervisors District Two.

In December of 1998 La Tanicia J. Rogers, the President and CEO, established CMC Professional
Services. Her vision is to educate and encourage clients to better their financial situation, by starting
new businesses, computerized training, and professional business workshops. Due to the high cost
of overhead she started her business as a home based business while she worked full time
overseeing and managing a company called Diversified Services. With the help of favorable
contributions through Diversified Services, in 2000, she was able to expand her home based
business.  She started a small business consulting firm, Computerized Managing & Consulting,
which was later incorporated in August 2005 to CMC Professional Services, LLC.


Full-time experienced financial, marketing, and business consultants gather information from
standard bodies, leading technology companies, universities, professional online technical
publications, white papers, faith-based organizations, and professionals working in the field of the
services that we provide.

Through advanced customer service we provide each individual client with the experience of a one
on one consultation.
